Publisher des Spiels ist TiMi Studio Group. Das ursprünglich als Delta Force: Hawk Ops angekündigte Spiel startete 2024 auf PC in den Early Access. Unter dem Titel Black Hawk Down wurde im Februar 2025 eine Kampagne veröffentlicht, die seit Mai 2025 auch im Einzelspielermodus spielbar ist. Für Android und iOS erschien das Spiel am 21. April 2025. Im August 2025 folgten Versionen für PlayStation 5 und Xbox Series X/S.
Set in 2035, the game takes place in Ahsarah, a fictional North African nation where an energy crisis led the government to partner with Haavk, a powerful technology corporation. When Haavk begins expanding its control beyond the original agreement, the nationalist Ahsarah Guard faction revolts. The Global Threat Initiative (GTI), a paramilitary peacekeeping force, deploys to restore order, creating a three-way conflict between all parties. Players take the role of GTI operatives working to uncover Haavk's true ambitions, which include a mind-control program called Relink and a satellite network capable of disabling global communications.
